At Severnbanks, we believe that education is about far more than what happens inside the classroom. Our enhancements programme is designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence and help every child discover new interests and talents.

Through a broad range of experiences, we aim to strengthen our school values of Belonging, Ambition, Respect and Kindness, while giving pupils memorable moments that enrich their primary years and develop our children's interests and passions. We do this through:

We earmark amounts of money each year to support our pupil premium families to ensure that they have access to the above provision. 

Each year, we review our trips and visitors provision to ensure it is meeting the needs of our children and that we are making the best of what is on offer, both locally and nationally. 

Careers and Aspirations at Severnbanks

At Severnbanks, we want every child to feel inspired about their future. Throughout the year, we explore a wide range of careers, so pupils can learn about different jobs, discover new interests, and start thinking about what they might like to do when they grow up.

Through workshops, visitors, themed weeks and real‑life experiences, our children learn that ambition, hard work and a love of learning can open the door to exciting opportunities. No dream is too big!
